PDG Repair & Metal Fabrication provides request service with a straightforward, customer-focused approach.

Tell us what kind of equipment you have, including the brand or model if it is easy to share.
Describe what changed, what is not working, and whether the issue is visible, noisy, leaking, broken, or preventing safe operation.
Share where the equipment is and whether the issue is urgent, scheduled, or connected to an upcoming season or deadline.

If the damage is visible, photos can speed up the first conversation. Wide shots that show the whole machine and closer shots that show the failed area are both useful. This is especially helpful for welding, structural damage, hydraulic leaks, and equipment that is sitting in the field or on a jobsite.
You do not need a perfect diagnosis. Good requests are short, direct, and specific enough to point the next step in the right direction.
After we receive the details, we will review whether the job sounds like field service, shop work, urgent response, or a scheduled repair. If more information is needed, we will ask for it directly instead of leaving you guessing.
Include the machine, issue, location, and timing. We will review the request and let you know the best next step.
